We’re still open and delivering!
In these uncertain times, we would like to reassure all our customers that we are here online and are still dispatching website orders.-

However, there are a few differences to our normal day to ensure that everyone stays safe. We are working in our own home, keeping all areas regularly sanitised. We’re practising social distancing and not accepting visitors.
Whilst we understand not everyone is in a position to do so, please try to continue supporting small businesses if you can. Your support and all of your comments are what is keeping us going and we hope that we can continue to provide cute and quirky original content to you all whether online or in the future at one of the UK conventions.

Postage costs

• 1st class postage & packaging is
  • £1.50 for the first item and then £1 for each additional Garment.
  • Cards and stickers £1 for the first item and then .25p for each additional item.
  • Large Gift items such as Mugs, Plushie keyclips, posters and Yaya Han ears have a Postal cost of £3 for the first item and then £2 per additional item.
  • Small parcel items such as Tokidoki plush, Hoodies and small BT21 plush have a postal cost of £3 for the 1st item and then £2 for any additional Small parcel item.
  • Medium Sized BT21 Plushies have a postal cost of £5 for the first item and £4 for any additional per items.
  • Small gift items have a postal cost of £1 for the first item and then 50p per small gift item.
• UK Guaranteed Next Day delivery (processed at 2pm each day). Saturday delivery on request
  • £6 for the first item and then £1 for each additional Garment.
  • Large Gift items such as Mugs, Plushie keyclips, posters and Yaya Han ears have a Postal cost of £6 for the first item and then £2 per item.
  • Small parcel items such as Tokidoki plush, Hoodies and small BT21 plush have a postal cost of £7 for the 1st item and then £2 for any additional Small parcel item.
  • Medium Sized BT21 Plushies have a postal cost of £9 for the first item and then £4 per medium sized item.
  • Small gift items have a postal cost of £6 for the first item and then £1 per small gift item.

  • Medium Sized BT21 Plushies have a postal cost of £17 for the first item and then £4 per medium sized item.

• International postage Worldwide is by standard Royal Mail parcel post and is a 5-10 working day service.
  • £4 for the first garment and £2.00 for each additional Garment.
