Postage Information
Christmas posting dates
UK Standard delivery items which are despatched 1st class need to be ordered by 1pm on the 20th December to meet the Christmas posting cut-off.
This is not a guaranteed service but is using the Royal Mail guidance.
Guaranteed Delivery Items can be ordered until 21st December at 2pm to meet the Christmas cut-off, an additional charge can be made if ordering on Friday the 22nd December for Saturday guaranteed delivery, please add a note if you would like this service.
Postage costs
- 1st class postage & packaging is
- £1.50 for the first item and then £1 for each additional Garment.
- Cards and stickers £1 for the first item and then .25p for each additional item.
- Large Gift items such as Mugs, Plushie keyclips, posters and Yaya Han ears have a Postal cost of £3 for the first item and then £2 per additional item.
- Small parcel items such as Aurora plush and Hoodies have a postal cost of £3 for the 1st item and then £2 for any additional Small parcel item.
- Small gift items have a postal cost of £1 for the first item and then 50p per small gift item.
- UK Guaranteed Next Day delivery (processed at 2pm each day). Saturday delivery on request
- £6 for the first item and then £1 for each additional Garment.
- Large Gift items such as Mugs, Plushie keyclips, posters and Yaya Han ears have a Postal cost of £6 for the first item and then £2 per item.
- Small parcel items such as Aurora plush and Hoodies have a postal cost of £7 for the 1st item and then £2 for any additional Small parcel item.
- Small gift items have a postal cost of £6 for the first item and then £1 per small gift item.
- European postage is
- £4 for the first garment and £2 for each additional Garment.

- European Fully tracked delivery.
- £10 for the first item and then £2 for each additional Garment.
- Large Gift items such as Mugs, Plushie keyclips, posters and Yaya Han ears have a Postal cost of £13 for the first item and then £2 per item.
- Small parcel items such as Aurora plush have a postal cost of £13 for the 1st item and then £3 for any additional Small parcel item.
- Small gift items have a postal cost of £4 for the first item and then £3 per small gift item.
- International postage Worldwide is by standard Royal Mail parcel post and is a 5-10 working day service.
- £4 for the first garment and £2.00 for each additional Garment.
- Postal items such as Mugs, Plushie keyclips, posters and Yaya Han ears have a Postal cost of £8 for the 1st item and then £3 for any additional gift parcel item.
- Small parcel items such as Aurora plush have a postal cost of £12 for the 1st item and then £4 for any additional Small parcel item.
- Small gift items have a postal cost of £4 for the first item and then £2 per small gift item.
- USA and Australia postage is by standard Royal Mail parcel post and is a 5-10 working day service.
- £6 for the first garment and £3.00 for each additional Garment.
- Postal items such as Mugs, Plushie keyclips, posters and Yaya Han ears have a Postal cost of £9 for the 1st item and then £3 for any additional gift parcel item.
- Small parcel items such as Aurora plush have a postal cost of £16 for the 1st item and then £4 for any additional Small parcel item.
- Small gift items have a postal cost of £5 for the first item and then £2 per small gift item.
