We’re still open!

In these uncertain times, we would like to reassure all our customers that we are here online and are still dispatching website orders.-

However, there are a few differences to our normal day to ensure that everyone stays safe. There is now just one of us, working in our own home, keeping all areas regularly sanitised. We’re practising social distancing and not accepting visitors. We are also only using our drop and go postage in a more limited capacity so until we are updated on any changes we will only be dispatching orders twice a week and are not doing guaranteed delivery service at this time.

Whilst we understand not everyone is in a position to do so, please remember to try to continue supporting small businesses if you can. Your support and all of your comments are what is keeping us going and we hope that we can continue to provide cute and quirky original content to you all whether online or at one of the UK conventions.

Most importantly though, we would like to say that we hope everyone stays safe and well in the following weeks. Please do stay inside if you possibly can and if you are a Keyworker then you have our sincere and heartfelt thanks.

Can I exchange an item for a different size if what I ordered doesn’t fit?  Yes, of course. If you find that something doesn’t fit, send us an email and let us know. Tell us what size you would like so that we can make sure we have it in stock and we can reserve it for you.  Then return your order in its original condition – once we receive it, we will send out the new sized item to you.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like something? Yes, no problem. If when your order arrives, you decide you don’t like it, email us to let us know that you’ll be returning it. Then send it back to us in its original condition (within 14 days of receiving it). Please include a note explaining why you don’t like it – this helps us ensure we have better products in the future. Once we receive it, we’ll refund you in the same way that you paid.

How much will my order cost in if I am paying in a different currency?  At the moment, we are only showing the price for the UK and USA. However if you contact us using the Contact Us page and we will come back to you as soon as possible with a conversion into your currency!

Do you supply Wholesale? Yes, it is possible for your shop or online site to buy Genki Gear products at wholesale prices. We love working with retailers to build the best offering for their customers and offer a range of options. We aim to be as flexible as possible when you are purchasing Genki wholesale. How do I wash and maintain my Genki Shirt? All Genki Gear T-Shirts are printed on pre-shrunk 100% cotton T-Shirts so are machine washable and can be tumble dried on a cool cycle. We recommend that you always check the washing instructions printed on the label on the T-Shirt and that in order to maintain your shirt in as perfect a condition as possible, you always wash it inside out.
